String Theory - First Flash

An ultimate theory which has no way of being physically quantified or experimented on to verify its all amazing hypothesis which are ever contested in the physics world. Just to summarize what I feel is important. It says that all matter is made up of small strings of energy vibrating at different frequencies which give matter its properties. The string theory ties all forces of energies the gravitational force, EM, W and S forces together like Einstein wanted (it is said). It talks of more than 4 dimensions in the universe.

A lot of mathematics is required to just get it off ground. So best of luck to the mathematicians all across who are putting in that effort.

Quantam Physics - The Age of Entanglement

Man ... I have no idea about the topic and then watching SG-1 recently I was just curious ... and then I went through a series of videos on you tube for explaining non physicists. A superman version of super old Quantum hero explained an important aspect of the theory stating that the electron if run through a double slit experiment behaves like a wave when not observed but behaves like a particle when observed (in short) ... google to get more information. Well then I found this link giving a lecture on entanglement by Miss Louis Gilder. It was really quite interesting and baffling as to what all there is that we are now discovering about nature around us.
